A culture that evolves and changes through time is a healthy culture indeed. From the early pagan warriors to the artisans of the Renaissance, the European world dramatically reformed. After 16 years in Malaysia and 2 years in this country, I love my adopted country more than the one of my birth. Being in the same business in both countries and getting to know thousands of people. I can see the difference in the two places. In Australia no matter what you are a doctor, garbologist, musician, teacher, as long as your honest, there is no difference between people. This is unlike Malaysia. You will hear people saying: "how much money you have?" and lots of questions on how wealthy you are.
I believe that every countries culture are different, there's always good and bad side about a country due to the culture and environmental. I guess Australian culture is like everyone is easy going, just do what they are suppose to do for the day for example work. At the end of the day they will spend it on their mates drinking all the way till the end of their lives.
Now a day the Australian culture is changing as time passes by. The country is growing up in a very multicultural area as many migrants from all over the world migrating to Australia to restart a life. I have been very privileged enough to have friends of many different cultural and religious backgrounds from all over the world. Among these friends there has been no barrier between races among us. Instead, I have reaped the benefits, broadening my knowledge and providing a wide variety of viewpoints. I'm glad that the Australians accept this wide diversity.
I would say that Australians are doing fine at the moment. Nothing in particular that I would complain about Australian Culture I would highly recommend that more migrants should come to Australia and together we could rise up Australia as one.
