             Heart disease is a common disease in people. Its a disease that affects the heart and the cardiovascular system. There are many types of Heart disease. Most often when people think of any kind of heart disease they usually think of the Coronary Artery Disease. That is the narrowing of arteries that lead to the heart. Cardiovascular disease includes a number of conditions affecting the structure or function of the heart. Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women.
             The first type of heart disease is the Coronary Artery Disease. This is the number one killer in Americans today. it affects more than twelve million people, both men and women. Coronary Artery Disease is the atherosclerosis of the coronary artery. This means that it happens when the the artery becomes clogged and narrowed, restricting blood flow to the heart. Without the adequate blood, the heart begins to starve for oxygen and vital nutrients.
             When you are growing up, fat starts to deposti in the blood vessel walls. The more you grow the more fat builds up in these blood vessel walls causing injury to them. Your body then tries to heal itself, the cells release chemicals that make the wall sticky. Producing a substance called plague in the walls. This plaque will build up and narrow the arteries. This whole process is called, atherosclerosis the cause of coronary artery disease.
             The most common symptom is or "angina pectoris." Angina can be described as a discomfort, heaviness, pressure, aching, burning, fullness, squeezing or painful feeling. It can be mistaken for indigestion or heartburn. Angina is usually felt in the chest, but may also be felt in the left shoulder, arms, neck, throat, jaw or back. Other symptons can include shortness of breath, faster heartbeats, weakness, nausea, and sweating excessively.
             Heart disease can also cause abnormal heart rhythms. Your heart originally beats sixty to a hundred time a minute....
