Yankee Stadium

             As people walk down the crowded streets in the Bronx, they begin to feel a rush. People will notice the ticket scalpers start to appear out of nowhere and there is a roar amongst the people. All of a sudden it appears just a few blocks down and it is the historic Yankee Stadium. People there cannot help be feel excited and hardly have the patients to wait for their seats. When fans get inside the stadium and walk past the gates, they can look inside a take a view of the outfield. Finally, the fans get to there section and sit down. There it is; a full view of the house that Ruth built. As soon as the people sit down, they can smell the freshly cut green grass all the way from their seat. Fans hear the crack of the bat as Jason Giambi cranks a homerun over the short porch in right. The bleacher creatures chant the names of all the Yankee players until they are acknowledged for their efforts. And Andy Pettitte gives his cold stare down to the batter as he receives the sign for Jorge Posada.
             If you are a baseball fan, there is no better feeling in the world than when you go to Yankee Stadium. Forget Cooperstown, This is the real baseball hall of fame. With 26 world championships, they are easily the greatest team in the history of sports. You can take a walk into Monument Park and see the names and faces of the greatest players in the history of the game. Players like Ruth, Dimaggio, Gehrig, Mantle, Maris, Berra, and more. The tradition of winning is passed on to every player that puts on Yankee pinstripes.
             New York Yankee fans are probably considered the most fanatic fans in all of baseball. No team in the world draws larger crowds than Yankee Stadium and none have come close to their enthusiasm about the game. Unlike fans to other teams, Yankee fans never give up and believe that the fight isn't over until the end.
