The human body survives on the interdependency it has with all the major systems including digestive, circulatory, nervous, respiratory and musculoskeletal. Each system relies on the others in order for it to keep the body running at an optimal level. However the human body is not perfect and in today's society the body is having a hard time adapting its systems to the lifestyles of many individuals. For the human body to run at an optimum level it needs many key ingredient that will help form a healthy lifestyle these include proper sleep, exercise, and nutrition. Many lifestyles however are not healthy; they come across many negative obstacles. This disrupts from forming a healthy lifestyle yet the main obstacle of interest is the nutritional. How does this affect the life long learning process? Many individuals are not meeting the basic nutritional requirements. If the human brain does not get the required vitamins and nutrients it can lead to many learning disorders. If the mind cannot fully operate how are students going to understand new problems.
The central nervous system is made up of the brain and spine. The brain coordinates our ability to move, touch, smell, hear and see.
