Kenma Consulting Services is a firm that aims to provide engineering
             consulting services to the petroleum industry to perform non-destructive
             testing (NDT). It is a Texan based organization providing both field and
             laboratory inspection services. Its services will include a full range of
             NDT, Quality Control and Quality Assurance functions, and physical testing.
             The organizations objective is to inspect refineries, petroleum storage
             facilities, and petroleum processing facilities (pipelines) and improve the
             environment by utilizing the state of the art technology, and continually
             modify the scope of services to meet the diverse needs of our customers
             while, maintaining the highest ethical conduct.
             The initial structural and functional outline on the basis of which the
             organization aims to design its operational and management structure is as
             a) Employee training will be a basic element in order to ensure effective
             consulting services for its customers. In order to NDT inspections,
             employees performing the tasks will be trained, and certified
             accordingly in the various services and equipment.
             b) Initial paperwork has to be submitted as per the Federal guidelines to
             ensure that the organization operates according to the requirements
             set by federal and state laws.
             c) The organization will begin with providing its services within the
             United States. Once the company has established itself and has
             generated a stable client base in the United States, the organization
