Crime at Wall Street in the 1980's

             During 1980's the Wall Street was expecting nascent financial structuring. The Wall Street market was expecting mergers and acquisitions deals, the speculations were responsible for creating panic among certain group of traders; and heavy transaction of shares and bonds took place. The consistent rise and periodic fall in shares prices of certain companies deviated much from their expected results, and relied much on the ongoing rumors. The market reacted much sharply. The activity inside the Stock market, and other related factors, fostered a merger boom and uprising, which was supported by several persuasive and mostly American's introduced financial dealings i.e. junk bonds, leveraged buyouts, and other highly leveraged transaction loans.
             A pair of Ivan Boesky and Michael Milken adopted a vicious plan for making stock money by creating false rumors regarding financial mergers and acquisitions.
             Michael Milken, former executive of Drexel Burnham Investment Bank used the influence of his JUNK BOND for creating false speculations regarding mergers and financial acquisition. Milken was reported was earning $200 million to $550 million during his period.
             Ivan Frederick Boesky was famous an arbitrageur, and joined in with Michael Milken. Ivan Frederick used his influence and shook the market with his heavy investment on the corporate investment of mergers and acquisitions. Milken and Ivan both successfully coordinated, and created hype and excitement among the small traders for investing share transaction.
             Milken and Ivan were involved in inside stock trading; no such legal course of action was present during 1980's for discouraging this immoral practice. Milken was reported to issue a confidential note to the Ivan, and after receiving certain assurances Ivan created major activity in the share market of Drexel Burnham.
