From reading, "Malignant aggression: Cruelty and destructiveness. The Anatomy Of Human Destructiveness" by Erich Fromm, it indicated that if children do not obtain the proper attention in the classroom or at home, their aggression will eventually turn into malignant, which can lead to them murdering someone or a living creature. An example of this would be if a child beats and murders animals for the fun of it and showing aggression without any remorse. This type of aggression will eventually should up in the classroom by the child expressing it towards the other students. The solution to this aggression is to have a loving home environment.
             Furthermore, educators should involve the students' parents to help the barriers so that the child can learn effectively and comfortably. Knowing that they have their parents support, they learn with confidence from effective teaching due to the fact they feel like they have a comfort zone when family is around. When parents are involved, children feel that they have their acceptance to learn, which ultimately leads to a sense of security in the classrooms so that their personalities can develop effectively without showing aggression.
             Fromm wrote that if we grow up in a generally life-furthering environment (family and society), we would develop the biophilous passions of love, tenderness, justice, and the desire to grow things and to further life. If life-furthering solutions to our existential needs are frustrated, we are likely to develop the character-rooted passions of hate, greed, jealousy, envy, cruelty, narcissism, and destructiveness. Destructive relatedness might develop as the desire to control others (sadism) or the desire to tear things apart and bring living things to a stop (necrophilia) (The Relevance of Erich Fromm to September 11, 2001).
