Hasbro and the Game Cranium

             For many generations board games have been played. Kids from 5 to even an 80 year old can always have fun playing. However, to have a fun experience playing, the board game should be attractive only by looking at the outer design of the box, have the number of players fluctuated if need it, and include a variety of "movements/rules" that keeps the excitement going! Cranium is the game that is being evaluated based on criteria listed above. To my best understanding, Cranium meets all the standards of an enjoyable board game.
             The outer design of a board game should always be the main attraction to the players. It should include bright colors, some type of animation and additional facts base on the game. Animation and colors (especially bright colors) creates a visual image of the content inside the box. In this case the board game. Having an actual image of what the board game it's about is essential this is because the box becomes the attention grabber of the main target (the buyers). Cranium's box contains an outer design that includes bright colors, and three animation characters that also include some type of identification to their roles in the board game. Cranium does includes all the characteristics of an attractive box design, therefore Cranium meet the Criteria.
             For a board game to be more exciting the amount of players should be able to fluctuated if need it. Most of the time board games already have a specific number of players that can play. But what happens when you want to alter the numbers of players and you can't? This can reduce the desired to play since the number of players cannot be altered. It is important for any board game to be able to fluctuate the numbers of players if need it to. This can help to create a more exciting atmosphere and at the same time everyone would be able to play. Cranium does not limit the number of players. It divides the number of players into teams.
