In my almost 30 years of life, I have learned a lot about myself. I have learned that I possess skills that make me a model employee and flaws that make human. As for my strengths, I have an eagerness for learning new things, this employers like because when procedures or technology changes, there is one less person complaining about how things where done in "the old days". I also own a good work ethic, this means that I appreciate my job and don't call in sick for no reason. I also work to my fullest possible extent, meaning that there isn't room for slacking, because I get paid to work. I also posses strengths in my personal life that make contributions to my family.
             Another of my strengths is that I am bilingual in Spanish. This comes in very hand when living in California. Many of our citizens' speak only Spanish or know very little English. This skill makes me very desirable to employers; many offered extra pay for such a skill. Although I have many skills that make me a desirable employee, I have only a few that make a difference in my personal life.
             In my personal life, I have obtained resilience. No matter what life brings to me, I have learned to bounce back. Also in my personal life, I have learned patience. Being the mom of two has taught me a lot regarding patience. I have learned that I am only one person and I can't do everything at once. Although I have numerous skills, there are areas in my life that need to be improved.
             In regards to my work, I need to learn not to over help. Sometimes my co-workers get mad because I take the initiative to finish projects that need to be finished, instead of allowing them to finish it in their own time. Another weakness I have is that I take criticism personally. Even though it is meant to be constructive, hearing that I failed at something upsets me.
