Things in society have changed a great deal is some respects in the last 200 years while in other ways they have stayed the same. People in the U.S.A still fight and argue over the constitution and feel that some things should be legal while others shouldn't. People are still biased on where they live. People who live out in the country are for the right to bare arms. While people living in the suburbs and the city are against firearms. A good portion of the population is still biased upon race. Whether is the police or taxi drivers in the city.
             A majority of the people that want to ban guns live in the city or surrounding suburbs, while those who are for keeping guns live in the country and still use there guns for normal everyday things and for protection. This has changed greatly over the past 200 years. 200 years ago everyone had guns in there house and they thought that you were crazy if you didn't own a gun. People didn't use there guns for things they shouldn't then and now that there is more killing and violence people blame it on guns.
             Everyday you see people being biased over race in are country. This has stayed the same over the past 200 years and hasn't changed. People were a lot more biased on race then and it is not as bad as it used to be but there is still people who are biased. It seems all to frequent that we see issues of racial discrimination on the news. Whether it's police officers shooting a black man that looked suspicious 30 times on the steps of his house when he was trying to show them his wallet. But even in the city there is taxi drivers who wont pick up black people because they associate them with violence and killing people.
