Courageous Leadership is written by Bill Hybel. Hybel explains what he has learned about leadership for the past thirty years at Will Creek Community Church. Although Hybel focuses on leaders of local church, much of information in this book can be applied to leaders of ministries outside the church. I am involved in a parachurch, nonprofit ministry and this book ministered to me.
