             Physical exercise is a great way to tone your body and lose weight. There are two basic types of exercise, aerobic and anaerobic. When learning about the differences between anaerobic and aerobic exercises, you would learn that the word anaerobic means "requiring no oxygen". This means that these things you do require a lot more stamina and energy, but don't take as long as those of aerobic exercises. Anaerobic exercise is used and circles in on size of muscle, endurance and strength of muscle. Examples of anaerobic exercises are golf and weight lifting. This type of exercise won't give you as good of benefits as those of aerobic exercises, but any exercise is good. It's also a good supplement for your aerobic work out. Creatine phosphate, which is made in the sarcoplasm of the cells, or carbohydrates of which you use in the lactic acid system, are the vitamins/medicines that you would want to take for anaerobic metabolism. To give an almost perfect output, those items described earlier will give you a great keenness, which is an advantage. Although there are great advantages to anaerobic exercises, there are disadvantages also. One of them is the fact that in a minute and a half or less, you may become tired even though you didn't go a very far stretch. Carbohydrates, fats or protein, which are used with oxygen within the mitochondria of the cells, are used during aerobic exercising. This takes a very long time to tire the system, even though the power it makes is mediocre. Everyday our bodies use different energy systems.
             Aerobic exercise promotes cardiovascular fitness by raising your pulse to a targeted level. It is recommended that you exercise at your target heart rate for thirty minutes, three times a week. This strengthens your heart, and as the heart pumps more blood, it prevents the build-up of fatty deposits and blood clots.
